I want to address some concerns about the service offered on Sunday mornings at Tim Hortons located in Bridgewater. I have had repeated bad experiences with the staff there when ordering through their drive-thru. The first experience was that when I told the staff that they input my order wrong they were rude in correcting me like I was wrong somehow even though I provided clear instructions.
The second experience is that I ordered a full meal and they did not include the hashbrown in the there. I had to check my bag and drive back to find out that they did not charge me for an hasbrown even though I clearly stated that I wanted a full meal. If they were no hasbrowns they could have asked me if I wanted a replacement instead they gave me a meal with only the sandwich and drink.
There were times were they forgot to hand me my drink when I ordered and paid for two coffees. Whenever I ever asked to have sleeve protectors on my coffees they forgot to add them most of the time and when I did remind them that I asked for sleeves they would give me an annoyed look. They are other examples but I believe these should suffice. When it comes to the food at least one-third of the time is cold. I would need to reheat the coffee in my microwave to make it hot again when I get home. Please note that I live in Bridgewater and I am about five minutes away in driving distance from Tim Hortons. I shouldn't have to reheat my coffee one-third of the time I get it.

Read morejust had the worst experience of my life at this location. I wanted to grab some doughnuts at this location beacause i was in the area. Went to this location and originally was going to grab half a dozen of honey dip doughnuts. Walked inside and only found one left on the display. I then asked the person who was at the till and he CONFIRMED that there was only one honey dip left. I then thought “ok i’ll just get some timbits then” and ordered the one honey dip and 20 timbits (10 honey dip and the rest assorted). After i paid he then pulled another honey dip out from next to him on the counter??? I was insanely confused as he clearly said before that there was only one left. I didn’t say anything else because he didn’t technically mess up my order yet. So then he went to grab the timbits and my friend and i went to the washroom. On the way we saw a FULL RACK of just honey dips…. i was already starting to get mad at this point but decided not to lash out. The worker then gave me the box of timbits and we left the store. In the car we realized that he gave us only honey dip and chocolate when we clearly asked for the rest to be assorted… safe to say that i will never be going back to this location or tim’s at any location.
