Li's Wok & Grill — Restaurant in Wolfville

Went here twice and the first time I tried to order a club sandwich, And no lettuce? The most common produce that any restaurant has or must need. Second time we went they didn’t even have egg rolls? For a Chinese restaurant though it’s expected to have egg rolls? And they didn’t have anything to make a BLT neither. If you don’t have the produce to make the food don’t even bother putting it on your menu. This is the second time they failed to make me a BLT sandwich. Overall, this place didn’t at all reach my families’ expectations or my own. Food was way too average for the price they make you pay. For one little box of food 18$!? We got double the amount for HALF of that price at double dragon. We had to keep going in and out of the van for takeout to satisfy our family for one visit because they didn’t even have it even though it’s on the menu. The people there are very friendly but I’m not there to become someone’s friend, I’m there because I’m hungry and I just want decent food. I really doubt they know what they are doing due to the lack of choice they have and to make it worse, they never have half of that anyways because of the lack of ingredients to make them in the first place. If one of the workers see this PLEASE consider these concerns. You have great and friendly workers but the food is what matters most and I love how quiet it is there but you guys really need to consider all this. I honestly don’t think we are...

First time customer today, ordered take out...and they screwed up the order. I dislike the taste of red and (especially) green peppers & had requested neither in my dishes. I get home to find them in the two dishes I did order: General Tso chicken & Honey Chili Chicken. So, check your order before you leave the premises and send it back while you have the chance. Actual taste of the food was mediocre and over priced, especially when you don't get what you order. Both the spring rolls and the beef fried rice were very bland. I would not recommend either. Would I go back again? Possibly...but it wouldn't be the first place I choose for Chinese. Just a coincidence they're located next to my new Vet & gave them a try. Seriously, there's much better restaurants in Wolfville to spend...

Our first visit yesterday, definitely not our last.

The food was fresh, cooked perfectly, and extremely tasty. I think it was the best ginger beef dish I have enjoyed. I have tasted many of these dishes from across Canada, and this one was simply outstanding.

Rice was perfect and the broccoli and garlic could not have been better...

Our server was a delightful young lady, very helpful throughout our stay. She also was thoroughly knowledgeable with the various dishes and help us make the best selection for this visit.

We recommend people give this place a visit, well worth the time for a tasty...
