I had a small incident with churches chicken about a month ago the manger Samer and the owner both reached out to me personally to discuss the situation. Today I went into churches chicken, Samer the manger sat down with me took note and addressed the issue at hand and assured nothing of that nature would ever happen again. I’m very pleased with how the handled the situation reaching out to me taking time aswell as took notes to make sure it never happens again. I told Samer I will be doing some work in our community today and handing out food this afternoon Samer provided me with food to hand out to the homeless which they all were so greatful for and enjoyed very much. The biscuits were very moist and made fresh aswell as the fries. We were able to feed 25 homeless in our community, not only did they rectify the situation but they made an effort to help the community which they didn’t have to do but chose to do out of the kindness of there heart. Everything was made fresh as I waited. I’m now confident to refer friends and family to churches chicken they are truly kind hearted people and address all concerns. As a small community it’s important to support one another which is exactly what churches did today. They gave back to the community. They fixed the situation at hand. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you for listening to my concerns fixing the situation and for your help today in...
Read moreUsed to love Churches and I mean LOVE, but the past few times I've ordered the chicken was inedible. I'm not exaggerating it was basically charcoal. After months I decided to give them another shot but was extremely disappointed and disgusted. Not only is their chicken inedible, but their drinks out of the machine smell like literal mold. Not just once, but every time I've ever ordered from here I could never drink what I was given. I'm sad to say I won't be eating from here again especially considering after months nothing has changed, and not to mention I've had food poisoning 3 TIMES from here alone and yet I continued to order which is on me. Also about a year ago I had called to report a problem with my meal and the person who answered the phone had said "Is your refrigerator running" then hung up. I made a review regarding this instance and all I was offered was a free meal which even then I wouldn't take at this point. I'm not speaking for Churches in general, It's most likely just the Woodstock location. I feel kind of bad making a review like this but It's just not acceptable to serve food like this to people, and from the looks of some of these reviews I’m not alone with the...
Read moreI am a frequent customer of Church’s Chicken in the GTA, and I have always enjoyed their food. However, my recent visit to this location was absolutely appalling. The food was so bad it wasn’t even edible. The chicken was clearly not fresh and seemed to have been kept warm in the warmer for far too long. It was dry, tasteless, and an absolute disappointment. The honey biscuits, usually a highlight, were as hard as rocks and impossible to eat.
Moreover, the place did not follow basic food service standards, which is unacceptable. We ended up throwing away the entire meal, losing $15 on food that should never have been served. This location tars the name of Church’s Chicken, and it’s a shame because other locations maintain much higher standards. What a waste and a thoroughly...
