Usually love coming here for a delicious breakfast however after our experience after today we will not be returning.
We arrived just before noon & had to wait to be seated (which is fine, and to be expected going out for brunch on a Sunday & is not the part of the issue)
We were seated quickly after arriving & were ready to order our meals when our server came over to us & were told drinks only which again, is fine as they were busy however she came back with the wrong drinks, I had to ask for the proper drink after ordering our food.
After ordering our food it took us nearly 40 minutes to get our meals & watched multiple tables who arrived after us receive their food before us, and another table table who was sat at the same time as us pay and leave.
Never once were we communicated with by our server that we would have to wait over 30 minutes for breakfast food (which does not take long to cook) but regardless if there was something that was causing the food to take longer, even if it was just based on “being busy” as we were told by management after we asked to speak with them. At this time that was too late and was our servers job to communicate with us and we received none.
We were avoided by our server, and had to ask to speak to management as she never checked back in on us once we did receive our food to even ask how it was…. (A role of a server) and was ignored as we watched her approach every table next to us except us.
We were then offered a $10 off coupon for our next visit which we had no interest in because we do not plan on returning after that experience & having our issues properly rectified.
We asked the management for a box and a bill because after being there for over an hour at this point waiting for food and waiting for the issue of no communication to be resolved and had to wait further because we just wanted to leave and eat our food at home at this point.
Our server still never checked back on us, and then never apologized and asked in a contempful manner if “they had figured everything out for us” which they had not.
There was no apology and there will be no return visit from us after this experience & we will be sharing our view on this place with other friends and family who we enjoy going out with for food with often.
Terrible service, poorly managed. Don’t waste your time or money here. They made it clear they don’t care to make their guests happy after we expressed...

I specifically stated upon placing the order that it was to have no tomatoe (due to a very serious allergy) and bacon well done (another dietary requirement). Our work place we are not allowed to leave the property while we are at work, for 12 hours. my meal came delivered from DoorDash, there was two slices of tomatoes, the bacon was hardly cooked. My co-workers and I attempted to contact the restaurant to correct the mistake, however because it was 2:58pm and they closed at 3pm no one answered the phone, although we repeatedly called. My boss allowed me to take the meal back, to get a refund as I was now unable to sit and eat on my break. Upon arrival to the restaurant I showed the food to a female and explained that had I not actually looked at my food and just started to eat it that I would have gone into anaphylaxis shock, explained that I put in the allergy information to remove the tomatoes. I was informed that they would not give me a refund because it was a DoorDash order. I once again expressed that I wanted my money back. I was offered a $10 credit for the restaurant on my next visit, I refused to accept that as I paid $20 for the meal. I was told it wasn't their issue that it was a DoorDash issue, I expressed that it was not a DoorDash issue as the restaurant made the mistake. Once I was informed that all I was getting was a $10 credit, I informed them to go and remake the order correctly. Another waitress had said that she wouldn't allow me to speak to her that way, as it wasn't their problem. 100% the order specifically stated no tomatoe under the allergy information area and the food was delivered with tomatoe, slightly confused as to how its a DoorDash issue to fix when they don't prepare the food.
I did end up leaving with my meal replaced, I did not eat it as it was 3:26 when I was walking out of the restaurant, my break was wasted trying to get a refund, and then having to wait a second time for the order to be remade. I had no option but to return to work without having...
Read moreI wish I could leave a better review, because the food is decent, and the quantity of options are impressive. My complaints boil down to ALWAYS receiving an incorrect order, or missing items. We have ordered breakfast 4 weeks in a row, and today will be my last. When you’re spending over $100 an order each time, I don’t think receiving all of your items is a hard ask. Week one it was minor things (such as toast), week 2 an order of pancakes and toast again. Week 3 (surprise, surprise: toast, seems to be the common trend) and the difference of incorrect eggs and no jalapeño in the fries—a paid option. We decided this morning to give it one last go, as I really tried to like this place. I even specifically requested not to forget the toast, which at least finally worked out in my favour. The downside of course, being that one of our 6 meals was completely wrong all together (egg, and meat selections) plus we were completely missing an order of chocolate chip pancakes and side order of bacon. I understand that they are extremely busy (a reason why I elect to online order opposed to dine in); however, like those who choose to dine in, I am also a paying a customer, and this would not be acceptable dining in either.
