WingsUp! Woodstock — Restaurant in Woodstock

I had an exhilarating experience at Wings Up last week. Dear reader, please allow me to walk you through the evening.

From the time we placed our small orders to when we actually got the food, we waited for about 52 minutes.

Tensions were high amongst the delivery drivers and patrons eagerly awaiting their orders. Patrons were eyeing each other warily as the wait grew and grew. One woman asked me how long I had been waiting. When I told her about an hour, you could see the look of horror in her eyes.

Every time someone came in to pick up a pre-placed pick up order, and had to wait upwards of 45 minutes, we got to watch as the joy and excitement slowly washed away surely replaced by ravenous hunger.

Techno club music blared over the speakers, was it an attempt to liven our spirits, or an act to cover up the whispering of complaint amongst the customers? I fear we will never know.

In terms of the actual food, the thai chicken bites were fantastic! The breaded pickles were limp and soggy, and the pierogis were dry and very chewy.

Overall, 10/10 experience and I would do it again in a heartbeat. It’s not often you pay for dinner, and get...

Always happy with the experience at WingsUp, Woodstock. The owner is always welcoming and friendly….seems to always be happy. I usually get a medium bites with Thai sauce, plain potato wedges, ranch dipping sauce for the carrot slices and celery pieces. I normally get a Pepsi as well. The boneless chicken bites have a light breaded coating and is mixed with the Thai sauce for complete coverage…the Thai sauce is mildly spicy with a little heat…but not too hot, it’s just right. The portions of each item is well balanced with the right amount of everything! I definitely feel you get your money’s worth! I have to mention one of WingsUp’s employees, who was on duty the last couple times I visited. Her name is Simran, but I call her Sundar Muskaar (Beautiful Smile in Hindi)…she’s another super happy girl with a great attitude and is very helpful, polite and friendly! I’ve always had a great experience at WingsUp and recommend them and their food highly. Definitely check them out! I trust you will return...
