5 stars ⭐️ and more and let me tell you why!!! I was a first time customer tonight and placed my order online. 30 minutes later I went to pick the pizza 🍕 up at the store with huge anticipation. I arrived and the nice lady handed me my pizza 🍕 and said you like your pizza without cheese 🧀? I was confused 🫤, she opened the box and showed me no cheese 🧀 on the pizza!!! She informed me I wanted Parmesan cheese on it not mozzarella 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. I messed up big time, I had made a huge mistake. I handed the box of pizza 🍕 back to the lady and said I can’t eat this. I was prepared to eat the $20 and walk away. The manager/owner said wait sir we will make you a fresh one with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bacon 🥓, 🍄 mushrooms. He said it will take 15 minutes. I told him they didn’t have to do that, it was my fault I own it. He said nope we will fix it. I got my pizza 🍕 no extra charge and walked out. 10/10 the taste 👅 was marvellous. OMG !!! Tried DoughBox for the first time today !!! Well, first of, a place where you can buy a beer can for about 6$ or a wine bottle for about 12$ to go with your pizza, I'm sorry that just win my heart to begin with !!!! Hahaha. We tried the classic margaritas and build your own and I have to say, this is the BEST pizza I have ever had in Ontario !!!! Not kidding. The fact that you can stand there and just watch them make you pizza and just say "excuse me, could I get a little more of this please??" Or a "little less of this" is almost like making your own pizza at own but having someone else doing it for you !!! Perfectly cooked !!! My kids even told me this is their favorite pizza place too !!! You guys won us !!!! Fantastic pizza !!!! 🍕 oh and I also got the pasta and oh lord !!!! So tasteful !!!! Will be going back...
