I went in to this location with a service dog in training. While in the bathroom they pounded on the door and demanded I leave. When the lady beside me asked why, they said your dog. She said she didnt have a dog, the employee called this lady a lier. As I was literaly washing my hands she was screetching outside the main door for me to leave... the manager had no regard for public health. SHE is completely okay with someone exiting her bathroom facility utilizing touch points as they exit, without washing their hands: a public health issue certainly. Not once did they give me the grace or dignity, to respond. Not once did they ask if my dog was a working dog , nor provide the grace and dignity to wait outside the bathroom to address the situation privately, but instead escalated the issue, threatening me with a call to the police. This is an abilist estabilishement... that needs to have some serious sensitivity and costumer service training They also have no right to demand what my disability is, which this tyrant manager laughed at me as I attempted to explain the dog is a service dog. SHAME ON HER and her sick little side kick employee that seemed truly excited at seeing a law-abiding citizen leave through the very door that they entered from with a sticker that said Service Dogs Welcome. As she continued to threaten me with police and shame me for not having a visible disibly that she knows. Disgusting I have been in contact with them, not once has the store or corporate made any legitmate action or shown me a solid plan that this situation be resolved or handled other then, we will talk to the employee... My question ABOUT...
Read moreI don't go every day, but at least a couple of times a week, usually in the morning (somewhere between 8 and maybe 12?) and drive-through only. So I can only base my experience on that. That being said:
I've not had to deal with a wait, at least not one that would be more than expected. Speaking of that short wait, I have had time to notice that it has one of the cleanest parking lots and drive-throughs.
Now, I have to mention placing my order. Whoever it is that is most often on the other end of that speaker is wonderful! I'm always smiling and feeling an extra dose of happiness lol. Actually, even the others have been quite chirpy and friendly.
Now. The main attraction. No. Not the incredible steeped tea, double-double, that I order. Nor is it the food, which I hear (from my passenger who orders food - I have celiac disease, and can't eat there, so I get her to tell me about it lol) is always made right (bagels, sandwiches, and the like), and packaged clean (apparently other places you get things like; butter smeared on the wrapping, cheese halfway in the bagel, etc).
No. It's the window lady. She's INCREDIBLE. 1000% goes above and beyond "good" customer service. She makes you feel like you are old friends and visiting for coffee. She just happens to be handing it to you through a window. I couldn't say enough about her service - if I tried. It would always fall short of what I'm attempting to convey. I strongly suggest that you don't...
Read moreI went to get breakfast at Tim Hortons and asked for scrambled eggs only no meat or hashbrowns. They charged me $5.75 and put hashbrowns in it. When I advised I couldn't eat the hashbrowns the lady at the front counter started yelling at me and telling me I don't know how to oder the food properly. When I asked her what I should have ordered instead she said "well we don't have only scrambled eggs, you have to get the hashbrowns with it." When they went to correct my order and just give me scrambled eggs they gave me the smallest scoop of scrambled eggs. I asked them if that's the usual portion and again the lady started yelling at me and this time so did the girl making the food. She told me that that's what they are giving me and that I'm being difficult. I then asked for my money back because I'm not paying $5.75 for a small scoop of scrambled eggs and to get yelled at by two staff members. It was a horrible experience and won't ever go back. Another person in line told me they shouldn't have yelled at me like that and should have been more accommodating. I felt so embarrassed, definitely not a good atmosphere and the service was horrible. No one should ever get yelled at. I've worked at Tim Hortons, McDonalds and other fast food places and I know how crucial it is to give great customer service every time. This location has definitely let me down and I will not...
