2021Oct This place has improved from the last time I was here about 2 yrs ago. Gave it a 4/5 based on the last two visits, but that might he dropping.
Had a burger combo last week. Very good (compared to my last review). My family's dishes were also good. Decent improvement overall. Was in today as well and had their fettucini alfredo. Also quite good, except there was hardly any chicken and mushrooms in the dish, which was dissappointing. I had also asked for green peppers added, and there were barely any. A decent amount of veggies and chicken would have been appreciated in this dish. Maybe, MAYBE there was a 1/4 of a chicken breast chopped up into miniscule cubes, and some mushrooms here and there. Seriously??? And the extra green peppers I asked for were so few, and chopped into small 1/8 inch pieces, barely noticeable. Very Small and very few. Nice staff and good service. Thanks to them.
2018 Boston Pizza: Went there for Lunch. Had fries and a burger. Almost $16 + taxes. Avg $ for a restaurant like this. Fries were good, but the burger - like REALLY ??? It was OK, but I could have bought That burger frozen at a grocery store. I could have taken a patty out of my own freezer and then cooked it. Same thing. It was a higher quality burger, But it did not make an impression. When I eat out, I expect better than patties from my freezer. It wasn't bad really, but it did leave me wanting. Sorry, that's my opinion, if you feel otherwise.
There are other establishments within 5-10min that have really good burgers.
Next time I'll just stick with the Pizza. It's pretty good. After all, it is Boston Pizza. The restaurant itself was very nice, server was great, very pleasant and genuinely friendly, and helpful. I'll be back, next time in the area, but will just get pizza and a salad next...
Read moreWe were unfortunately extremely disappointed today. The service was beyond poor, the food was fine but horribly overpriced and after almost 2 hours spent mostly waiting, we got completely hosed with a $100 bill. We came with a toddler and a baby at 4:30, early on purpose because eating out with kids can be difficult so we wanted to get there early to avoid long waits and busy crowds. We waited at least 15 minutes to be greeted by the server. Our drinks took forever to arrive. When she arrived she told that she didnât know she had tables waiting because due to a new restaurant policy, the greeters are not allowed to tell the servers when people arrive. The food was fine but we ordered the chicken Thai bites app and for SEVENTEEN DOLLARS(!!!) we received about $3 worth of chicken with no sauce on it. We paid $10 for a ceasar that was an absolute waste. $30 for 3 Stellaâs, 2 of which arrived so late we were already done our food and ready to leave. On top of that the server waited at our table for us to pay, I have never experienced that before. Juggling a baby and a toddler, a pile of coats and this person is literally waiting for us to get the cash out. Unbelievably bad service, and I imagine that she was because she wanted to see what kind of a tip we would be leaving or make it awkward for us so that we would leave a decent tip. We did leave a poor tip, and never do, but that was seriously horrible service. And honestly we shouldnât have even tipped as much as we did, there shouldnât have been any tip at all. We wasted $100 and almost 2 hours on 4 drinks, a kids meal, an app, and a small pizza. Not...
Read moreI would not recommend this location at all. We were a group of 6 that went for dinner. It took over 30 minutes for 3 appetizers to come. We ordered 3 very basic apps - triple dipper, spinach dip and nachos. A few minutes before the appetizers arrived, we placed an order for our mains - which were 5 meals. Less than 10 minutes into eating our appetizers, our mains were brought out. We were scrambling to make space for our mains. The runners that were responsible for bringing the food to our table were cold and not friendly at all. They literally dropped the plates off and left. My sisters main was the hungry carnivore with fettuccine instead of penne and no meatballs or pepperoni. It still came with penne. We asked for a replacement, and this time it came with no sausage (which we wanted). We also ordered the whiskey bbq pizza, but it was raw and doughy. When we told the server, they had attitude and made us feel like we were the problem. At that point, we requested for a manager. The manager asked if we still want to take it home and airfry it for later. We sent it back along with the pasta for the second time. It still wasnât right. It was dry and had no meat sauce. In between out apps and mains being served, nobody came to how it was. The servers made us feel like we were the problem for pointing our issues. They couldnât even muster a simple apology - it was the manager who apologized. Train your staff to be...
