My kids and I have been to Cheesecake Lab twice now and were met with the most exceptional customer service! I am leaving a one star review for two reasons. First off the size of the slice is not quanitifed correctly with the price point. At most the $9 slices should be max $5-6. When you buy a $9 slice you expect it will be of a size to share. Also, the quality of containers - the cake did not keep its form when it was delivered. Very dissapointed.
