This was my first time trying Ethiopian food, and I was not disappointed. We ordered one vegetarian and one meat tasting platter, both with injera, and a chicken curry rice. My parents also ordered the coffee, which came with popcorn, and they liked it a lot.
Personally I didn't really like the injera (don't come @ me), but I thought that the vegetables and lentils tasted really great, and there were so many different flavours! It was definitely a unique experience. I think that the vegetarian dishes were better than the meat dishes, as the meat was a bit dry. I don't eat meat, but I tried some of the sauces they used for the meat and let's just say that I much prefer the taste of the vegetable/lentil dishes. Plant based ftw! All the other staff have been kind to us. Will keep going back as long as we can.
