TJ's Pizza Yorkton — Restaurant in Yorkton

Testing out this place because of the high rating, disclaimer self-ascribed pizza snob.

The locals have decent taste in pizza, by all metrics it's above average.

The crust has a good undercarriage, and crisp when well baked while it does require dip, because it's a bit plain jane.

The sauce has some flavor, but could use more hearty seasoning.

Plentiful toppings, evenly distributed including cheese.

Asked for custom dips, got custom dips. Thank you. (Ancho Chipotle/Bullseye BBQ) and the square cut works well for the truck fridge, even though I didn't ask for it, it must be standard.

Thank you for the extra sauce and extra bake, as requested.

Also, as said pizza snob, for reference standard pizza sizes across North America should vary as follows.

6-9" = Individual/Personal 10-11"= Small 12-13" = Medium 14-15" = Large 16-18"+ = Extra Large.

I’m confused. I do not want to write a negative review because I do not believe it would be fair to TJ pizza. The reason is that last time we ordered it was hands down the best 2 for 1 pizza we ordered! The entire family loved it. It was hot and tasted excellent!!!! Last night we ordered, and the pizza came approximately 20 minutes late, it was cold and we had to reheat in the microwave, and in all honesty it had no flavour and was terrible. I am sorry for writing this because as I previously stated...last time was amazing! I am writing this, not as a complaint, but to inform management of the extreme inconsistency from last night compared to the last time we ordered. Thank you...

I've bought pizza from this location twice and it was good and priced reasonably. The person who worked there was friendly and professional. Yesterday I bought a single slice and I was shocked at the price $5.50 for the smallest slice I've ever bought. I'm disappointed that you're gouging customers who don't have a big appetite and only want one slice. The next time I'm in Yorkton I will probably go to another pizzeria . You have lost me as...
