Wayback Burgers — Restaurant in Yorkton

Our family has a hard time eating out due to allergies and dietary requirements. When we heard that there was a place we could try that would be able to accommodate our dietary restrictions we were very excited to try it out. When decided to go there about a month ago and the service was oddly terrible. The young lady was visibly annoyed when I was asking her about ingredients (my son and I were the only customers in the restaurant). The food was satisfactory but every time she looked at us she was giving us unnerving looks. My 12 year old whispered to me that he was uncomfortable because they kept glaring at him. It was weird. We ate and left. I wanted to write a review that day but I also wanted to take time to think about what had occurred. In retrospect I wish I would have said something that day, no one has the right to make a paying customer uncomfortable by glaring at them-let alone a child. Went for the first time since they opened. We got there around 7:30pm. The layout inside is very good and almost like an old diner. I had irish nachos and rodeo burger. The nachos were absolutely amazing (and spicy) however the burger was so-so. The patties were a good size, but unfortunately it was lacking flavor and the meat was dry. A little more spices in the meat would go a long way. My kids and wife had meals as well. The main complaint was that the fries were soggy, and burger was bland and dry. One of my kids had a chicken burger and said it was really good. All in all it was a good experience and decent price. Edited my 5 star review because since our 1st visit it's gotten terrible. When they 1st opened it was good. Sadly it's gotten really slow now & orders have been screwed up the last 3 times. Took an hr to get our food delivered, delivery portions are way smaller than eat in too but cost more. When you wait that long & get wrong items & soggy handful of onion rings its ridiculous! We ordered custom burgers & they keep screwing it up adding things not supposed to be on it. We order custom due to anaphylactic allergies & extreme dislikes. When you spend $50 for a meal for 2 people you want to get what you order & should. Occasionally mess ups happen but not 3 times in a row. Very disappointed & won't eat...
