Techas Place — Restaurant in Platô

We had booked this accommodation via booking.com and were very surprised to find it still unprepared and with the cleaning lady still doing her work when we arrived at the place way after the check-in time. ||||We were even more surprised that the bathroom and its toilet section in this "luxurious suite“ had no doors and looked rather like a construction site. We were two guests and found it unacceptable to have no privacy when the other person was doing their "business” in the bathroom. After some discussion, we were then given another (smaller) room without receiving any refund for the difference in rates between the rooms. Its bathroom had at least a glass door and the kitchen partition afforded some more privacy than the other room.||||A cleaning lady was nice to us and seemed to have arranged the room switch for us. So we tipped her, yet never to see her again (or any other housekeeper) for the next three days. No cleaning (especially no emptying of the basket with the accumulating dirty toilet paper) was very gross. Only on the third day did I receive a note whether we wanted the room to be cleaned. This was sent via the booking.com app, and I only discovered it on the day of our check-out. Needless to say that toiletries and toilet paper were not replenished during our stay. Contrary to the description in the booking confirmation tea bags were not provided, either.||||The accommodation is managed from the coffee bar next door, with nobody present after 4 pm, which does not always feel safe in this quiet part of downtown Praia. We never met the owner, or at least were not introduced to her. The only communication with her was through the app or (indirectly and with delay) through her staff. Maybe some misunderstanding could have been avoided with personal communication. Or at least a leaflet in the room that would outline the practicalities of the place would have been useful.||||The eclectic interior decoration is a matter of taste. In any case, while a lamp on the night stand was provided, it was non-functional as a power outlet was not nearby.||||Overall, despite the good (albeit on weekends very slow-service) breakfast, the experience was an unpleasant one overall and much different from the hospitality enjoyed elsewhere...

Nous avons réservé deux nuits dans cet établissement.|Que dire.... C'était horrible.|La clim souffle à 26 degré (télécommande qui ne fonctionnait pas) et elle faisait un bruit ATROCE toute la nuit, des petits « clac clac » toute les 2 minutes.|Une fois la nuit tombée, nous avons découvert que le mur en pierre était envahi de CAFARDS. C'était dégoûtant.|L'appartement était sale.|Le matin nous n'avons pas eu d'eau.|Le matin nous avons rapporté cela au personnel en bas. Nous avons dit que c'était inadmissible. 70€ la nuit pour ça !!! Alors que nous avons dormi dans des 30€ la nuit et c'était impeccable.|Le personnel nous a fait payé des suppléments du petit déjeuné 12€ pour 1 jus d'orange et un café au lait..... ils auraient pu nous l'offrir vu les conditions de l'appartement..... aucun efforts de leur côté.|Nous avons du hausser la voix pour qu'ils nous changent de chambre car bien évidement ils ne voulaient pas nous rembourser.|Ils nous ont déplacé dans un autre établissement à quelques kilomètres.. nous avons regardé les prix c'était 28€ la nuit... alors que nous avons payé 70€ la nuit. Ils nous ont pas remboursé la différence. Ce n'était pas propre et très très bruyant. Bref, ce n'était pas pire que les cafards.|Pour résumé, l'établissement...

Tivemos uma ótima estadia neste Airbnb. O alojamento oferece dois quartos, e tivemos a oportunidade de experimentar ambos.

Ambos os quartos estavam limpos transmitiram-nos sensação de segurança. O quarto à direita destaca-se pela decoração cuidadosa, enquanto o da esquerda é mais espaçoso. Uma observação é que a privacidade das casas de banho pode ser melhorada, já que um dos lados possui um vidro e o outro lado tem uma abertura.

Um destaque definitivo foi o incrível pequeno-almoço, com algumas das melhores panquecas que já provei. O responsável pelo Airbnb, Ledir, foi extremamente simpático e atencioso, prontamente atendendo a todos os nossos pedidos. Ele também organizou os táxis: um para o transfer do aeroporto e outro para explorarmos a ilha. Ambos os motoristas cobraram preços bastante razoáveis, abaixo do valor de mercado.

O espaço oferece conexão à internet e ar-condicionado, ambos funcionando muito bem. A nossa estadia ocorreu de acordo com as expectativas, e estamos satisfeitos com a experiência geral. Recomendaríamos este Airbnb para quem...
