Inside seating arrangement: 4/5 The layout of the settings is thoughtfully arranged. Partial private booths, seating for multiple people, and areas with sofa seating are available. Overall, it is a good arrangement. However, it could be improved.

Music: 2/5: I can not comment on the music since the selection is personal. I think the music selection is great and holds the vibe. However, the sound keeps disconnecting and needs system improvement.

Service: 1/5 Since I do not speak Portuguese, selecting from the menu and communicating with the servers was difficult. I ordered a beer, coffee, and a stake. The beer came immediately, but the coffee never showed up. The stake came after 15 min. Most importantly, I don’t know if it is because of language or being black; I felt the attention was not the same to me as the servers had for others. Besides, even if I paid before I got up from my seat, one of the servers called me just before I exited the restaurant to ensure I had paid, and I felt discriminated against.

Food: 1/5: I couldn't eat the beef because it smelled spoiled. I also only ate half of the sides, and the side salad didn't have dressing.

Não, não sonhei com Kebra. Simplesmente, estava a classificar lugares que eu já visitei e que apareceram no meu feed. E Kebra é um lugar que já visitei muitas e muitas vezes até conhecer lugares melhores. Não recomendo porque : O serviço é muito lento. Quase sempre quando peço alguma coisa não está disponível ou falta algum ingrediente. Mais vale não colocar no menu. O rodízio de pizza às quartas é a passo de tartaruga e se quero pedir a minha própria pizza fora do rodízio não posso porque os fornos estão ocupados a fazer a pizza lenta. Má vontade em acatar sugestões. Quando vou classificar no Google, ao invés de perguntarem profissionalmente em que poderiam melhorar, têm a imaturidade de perguntar se eu sonhei com o Kebra.

Olá. Obrigada pela resposta e por esclarecer as coisas. Isso já revela muito da vossa humildade e eu aprecio imenso isso. Quanto à brincadeira, se não conhece a pessoa ou não tem intimidade com ela, penso que é melhor não fazer esse tipo de brincadeira. Como viu, pode levar a mal-entendidos. O que me dá mais satisfação é saber que estão dispostos a melhorar. Começo por ver isso na sua atitude e se todos os empregados também tiverem a mesma atitude já é 70% de avanço. Por agora, deixo duas estrelas porque, independentemente do você diga, o que me fará mudar de ideias são as acções em prática. Não sei ainda quando irei visitar-vos, mas acredite que estarei lá para confirmar o que me disse aqui.

Top notch beach restaurant that allows you a variety of cuisines while allowing you enjoy the nice view of the sea. Due to its unique location, you can prepare to take a dip in the sea and relax at the bar afterwards with a few drinks or have a proper meal. You can always come with that special someone, or your family and still have a good time. I enjoyed my time there and I'm sure you will. The staff are also very friendly and would treat you well.
