Seven Beach Club — Restaurant in Quebra Canela

Very disappointed with the owner/management. My card was scanned twice because the waiter didn’t realize it actually went through the first time. I must say the waiter was very good and he was very helpful, it was just an error on his part and he owned up to it. A couple hours after I realized I was charged twice, it had been taken out of my bank twice. I immediately went back to the restaurant to make them aware and showed the owner my bank statement. He stated he needed to look at it further and for me to come back the next day. However, he never took down my name or phone number or any information. When we arrived the next day as directed by the Owner, he stated that he needed to tell his wife of the situation and the waiter explained it again what his error was. The wife was very uninterested. And I was told to call back on Monday, this was on Saturday. He Had no intentions of rectifying this matter. Needless to say, I returned to America without getting my money back, Which was...

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner here with my family. This is a modern restaurant with a great sound system and lounge areas. We were invited to choose our own table. The location is fantastic with an ocean view over Kebra Canela Beach. It was refreshing to enjoy the ocean breeze while waiting for our dinner. The menu offered a variety of options in terms of portions and dietary preferences, including vegetarian options. The waitress was accommodating to our special requests and the wait time was typical for Cape Verde. For drinks, we ordered bottled beverages but they were nicely served alongside iced glasses of fruit/lime. I ordered the grilled tuna which was served with vegetables and rice. This dish was beautifully plated and I highly recommend! My family enjoyed their cheeseburger and thin crust pizza. The pizza was big enough for two people to share. We also enjoyed the pudim for dessert. We would definitely return for dinner...

Staff on the loose, and overpriced food. Server only took half people's order but asked everybody for drinks. Received the appetizers with the main. Where we found out the order was wrong. Staff only said it happens, partly due to the language barrier. No solution was given.

The building and view are quite nice. However, there are people with their private speakers listening to music. The staff even joins in and listens to music (multiple at once) through their phone on full volume.

When I asked for the check, I had to wait for 5 min because they didn't know what my order was. The place is more expensive than any of the other bars and...
