From we were seated, we waited quite a while to get the menu.
Ordered some beverages, one starter, a simple garlic bread, and 2 main courses, their house steak.
From ordering to get the drinks; 1 cola, 1 bottle beer, and 1 cocktail, there was a new wait for about 20 min...
We waited for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes before the main courses came... No starter was ever served.
And the main courses were a really big disappointment... Overly salted rice, tasteless sauce, and the so-called steak were impossible to even chew, and not even cooked, actually raw meat in big parts! Both of us got the exactly same poore meat... Not sure what kind of meat it's from... But we weren't even able to eat half of the meal.
While we were there, a lot of people just left, even tough they've already had ordered, because of the really unnecessary waiting to get the drinks and food. Quite understandable!
Disappointed over the whole visit, we went inside to pay, they still tried to charge for the garlic bread, so we had to tell we never received it, and we also told the waiter that the food was terrible. He didn't even say a word, just put in the payment, full prices for both the main meals we couldn't eat, and not even a goodbye when we left.
Our table wasn't cleaned before seating, never got napkins or box of oils, salt and pepper...
Definitely not a place to visit, bad service, bad food, no excuse for the food, or offering to reduce the price, and impressively slow, considering that the meat was raw even...
We had to go somewhere else to eat pizza straight from getting out of there......
Don't waist your time at this place.

First of; We were shown to an available table by one of the servers.
We never got any information about the time it would take to be served either, if that was the case, we would have found another restaurant instead.
I would advise you as a manager to not lie about your costumers, but instead take the review as an opportunity to be a better place for people to visit.
Because that's what the whole answer is, lies to make the customers who gives negative reviews out to be the problem. Any video would show that no garlic bread was delivered, and we kept the recipe, who tells the truth.

When we ordered our food, we pointed at the meals that we wanted and discussed this with the waiter.
It was an incredibly slow service. Drinks were taking 20- 30 minutes to make. My partners dinner came out super fast. Mine took 45 minutes and a reminder. When my dish came, it was huge (and not very warm)! I double-checked with the waiter that he had given me the one person fish skewers. He said yes. He then proceeded to bring over two plates. We double-checked again that it was the right meal by checking prices. I even pointed out that it had additional items.
As I started to eat, I became more convinced this was the wrong meal. I had eaten a couple of things on the plate (check image), but I decided to check with another waiter. She said that I had been given a meal for two. She took this away and came back saying that I could have the prawn skewers back but nothing else as i had already eaten a little bit.
20 mins later, it comes back, and the prawns are cold. The chips and salad that I had no opportunity to eat were also gone. When we asked for the bill, it turned out they wanted to charge me €30! €20 for the small amount of fish I had eaten (see photo attached) and €10 for the cold prawn skewers.
It took a lot of negotiation for the waiters to waive the €10. The bill was returned to us three times. The waitress, in the end, was understanding of the situation as I had checked so many times. She then told me that the original waiter was new and had gotten confused. Although I am sympathetic to this- they tried to make me pay for their mistakes! The €10 in the end was waived.
Overall, I still felt a little dissatisfied with the €20 I had to pay. Even worse - when I asked for my prawns to be put in a doggy bag - miraculously half went missing.
Oh, one more thing although the menu says sides are not included, it turns out they are so you end up with double...
For a no stress island, this restraunt felt it was trying the limits of no stress! The only thing that was amazing...
Read moreGreat food, great music!! Shocking service. We waited nearly an hour and half for our food, we were avioded by everyone including the manger. When we put our complaint to her she offered us a discount on our bill. She then sat at the bar avoiding our table until we left. Such a shame that the customer service is so poor as the food and music was great!!

I'm sorry that you see my review as a criticism, as like others have said its the cutsomers way to help improve your establishment. It's very strange how you only respond to negative reviews and don't thank those who leave you 5 star reviews. Maybe you should take advice from all of your customers. The staff were warning who of the delay to the orders. It most certainly wasn't the customer's as you mentioned we are not the only people to make this complaint. If your staff cannot deliver great customer service to the capacity of 245 people then maybe you need to empolye more staff or turn customers away. Or the very least inform your customers of the wait. I most definitely did not demand a discount nor did I receive one. As I told you at the time, we just wanted to make you aware of the situation. My review is a reflection on how I felt from the experience I had within your resturant. I left 4 stars for both the food and music. I also already said that the customer service is the only thing letting this business down. Again just some advice on how to improve. After you offered us a discount you didn't take our bill to apply the discount and having spent already over 2 hours we wanted to leave. We checked on where you had gone and saw you sitting inside next to the bar. We then decided to pay the FULL bill and left. Please do not make assumptions on my means for visting your resturant.
