Since changing hands, it has rapidly declined and is now the Mary Celeste of Santa Maria, empty and drifting aimlessly. No customers day after day. Only the loud music played continuously and repeatedly with no respect for others, from morning to late at night by Peter the manager, demonstrates any life in the building.    Read moreWe made the mistake of ordering sushi, another table said they had it back in 2019 and it was good. We thought as cape verse has a lot of fresh ruin it would be good. It was not.
The sushi paper used was horrid, it was sour. I know that because I literally started taking the sushi apart to find the culprit. The other table also confirmed their sushi was sour too.
We also ordered the chicken/chips. Chips were dryer than the Sahara. The chicken was meh.
Restaurant is off the strip so it's pretty much in the residential area with no atmosphere but a good little old-school...
