Absolutely excellent, one of the best meals of our month-long trip in the South of Chile. Beautiful presentations and everything very tasty, I’d recommend the murta sour (a twist on pisco sour with the local murta berry) and the savory Chanchita tentacion (smoked pork with a delicious almost sweet puree of native potatoes). For the ceviche the waittress gave us a nice heads up on the strong iodine taste of piura and option to take the ceviche without it, it was indeed very strong and personnally I’d take without the piura to give more space to the delicate merluza taste. The staff and the restaurant itself was really lovely. But the food was not good. It was barely edible at best. The ceviche was tasteless which I didn't think was possible. And the hake dish I ordered was absolutely tasteless as well. The only thing that had taste was the beautiful little flower they put on top of the dish, which tasted like gross raw fishy fish. The place came recommended by many and completely lived up to its fame. They have a small menu but great options. We had some fresh oysters and the Chanchito Ahumado, which was such a great mix of flavors. It was served so beautifully that it felt like a crime to eat it.
