Absolutely excellent, one of the best meals of our month-long trip in the South of Chile. Beautiful presentations and everything very tasty, I’d recommend the murta sour (a twist on pisco sour with the local murta berry) and the savory Chanchita tentacion (smoked pork with a delicious almost sweet puree of native potatoes). For the ceviche the waittress gave us a nice heads up on the strong iodine taste of piura and option to take the ceviche without it, it was indeed very strong and personnally I’d take without the piura to give more space to the delicate merluza taste.
