We came in at a weird hour for an early lunch. I could tell that the restaurant was still setting up for lunch rush. We were given our choice of seat and sat down across from the bar. Had some excellent Maracuya cocktails and some Cammarones al Ajillo for a snack. Shared a larger plate of grilled salmon with a seafood sauce as an entre. Finished it off with espresso (the best I've had in Chile thus far) and some Leche Asado, a Chilean twist on classic flan. I consider myself a flan officianado, a flanatic if you will, and this was one of the best I've ever had. Perfect balance between egg custard, vanilla, and caramel, with the perfect texture to hold it all together. Our server was helpful with recommendations, didn't speak english, but his spanish was spoken slowly enough for me to figure it out.
