Today my patience was challenged!! I placed a order with a waiter the way I would like my order to go. The waiter was very nice and extremely polite! As I waited for my food to be ready to go I order a few drinks! The first time my order came out it was extremely incorrect, I asked for original ribs and broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. Instead I receive barbecue ribs mashed potatoes no broccoli. Waiter was very understanding and corrected the issue right away! also placed the order for a triple dipper and that was incorrect. A gentleman named Tye approached the table very aggressively, rudely and stated how is your order do you not like your order. I remain calm and stated that is incorrect, he responded with always correct chili don't make mistakes! Then after correcting him what the issue was he then stated oh I'm not the cook it's not my fault! When it was witnessed by the front door agent and myself that he stated he checked the food and it was correctly mad by him. I asked for a manager at this point! Manager was extremely calm nice and very polite on his deliverance on speaking to each other and said he would fix the issue. Second time the food has came out the rib meal was correct, but the triple dipper meal was still an issue! Was still incorrect not only was it incorrect it was the same meal I sent back and onions was just added to the meal and the burgers were cooked a little longer. At this point I don't want a triple dipper I will pay for everything else it's not a problem at this point! This tye character approached me again out of nowhere and became extremely disrespectful, and belligerent with me ! Stating the triple dipper is not the same meal at this point I asked to get that meal removed and May I speak with a manger Again ! Now all of a sudden Tye stated he was the manager and that every other manager is busy. I politely informed him I have nothing else to say to him I need the manager I spoke to at first! The manager came out and again was very polite understanding and took care of the situation. Tye Then become more belligerent was stating this is not what you won't! As I politely inform him it is what I want! He threaten me again with this is not what you want cause I will handle you! My response again was it is what I want and you need to be more respectful when you speak to people and not running up on people like you lost your mind! He goes behind the counter and start cursing profusely!! I just watched as others in the lobby witness A unhinged person!! Manager came out with my ticket the order was corrected I left my tip for the waiter he stated the waiter will get the full amount of the tip and he will handle the situation!! TYE DOES NOT NEED To represent Chili's!! Because he is unhinged and very unprofessional. He does not meet the criteria of a chilies employee!!!

Lavenjea was the Manager on duty! On Saturday, October 31st my family and I arrived at Chili’s Willowbrook Location in Houston, Tx. There was no host upfront. I waited patiently for about 10 mins before asking a waiter. The waiter said there was no host and he would go and get the manager to help me. We had a party of 13 (6 adults 7 children) and was quoted 1 hour and 45 minutes wait by the manager ,Lavenjea. I have photos of the entire restaurant, no one was there ! She never explained why the wait would be so long. I had to look around and ask questions to the other customers myself to come to this conclusion. I truly felt the over quote was a Deterrent being that they were short staffed. There was a large party before us, but the plan for that party was on the opposite side of the restaurant (according to the hostess who later arrived) I inquired about the open seating on the opposite side of the restaurant and they said we couldn’t be seated there due to social distancing. There were 5 open tables right next to each other. About 45 minutes later we were told we would be sat at the exact tables that had been sitting there. I asked the server to ask the manager ,Lavenjea, if we could be compensated for our time being that those tables had been open the entire time , those were the same tables I inquired about, and we had hungry children waiting 45 minutes for no reason at all. The manager Lavenjea, came upfront , very rude, very indirect, and loudly responded to the waiter by saying “no , I told her 1 hour 45 minutes and she’s being seated in only 45 minutes”. She never addressed me as the customer directly. Now we are escorted to our table by our server Daniel , who did a very great job by the way, and tables were not put together . The entire area was Empty but the manager had him keep the tables apart. We had 2 different tables and a booth. So basically we waited 45 minutes unnecessarily. My photos show open booths through the entire restaurant. If we were not going to be able to push tables together, we should have been sat at booths from the beginning. The manager on duty is to blame for this (Lavenjea). Horrible management skills and very poor people skills . She over quoted me from the beginning. Her plan to sit my party was not well planned at all. She never came to the table to make sure we were ok, as a manager should have done when a party is not happy. I did not enjoy this dinning experience at all. Chicken crispers were hard and dry like toothpicks. I have worked in the restaurant business for several years in the past for Darden restaurants. As busy as that chain is, we have never quoted ANYONE over 60 minutes. This was extremely wrong of her. Very careless and her attitude was extremely distasteful.

I reached out the manager very respectfully to let her know and she immediately told me she would not be discounting the food, when i never asked for a discount. She did not even offer an exchange. She literally only offered me a Togo box and that was it. It was so very unprofessional. Her name was crystal she was very rude, and i honestly felt racially profiled as stereotyped. They even held my card behind the counter and when i asked for the manager again she NEVER came back. Then the bartender Logan never came back, while he was already inattentive he began to ignore our tables while we were trying to get our tickets situation handled. It seems as if they were baiting us to walk out, but that’s not who i Am. I’m a server and i would never walk on a tab, but i just expected them to have some type of customer service… there literally was none except Another younger manager. I didn’t get her name but she was black and with braids, she came and she tried to resolve the problem. Give her a raise! but crystal was HORRIBLE & racist. She never came back to check in with us, nor did she return my card, nor did Logan. I will be returning due to the other manager but i will never sit with Logan. I hope you guys give the manager crystal a sensitivity and deescalation class. I linked a pictures of my food below.

Lavenjea was the Manager on duty!

On Saturday, October 31st my family and I arrived at Chili’s Willowbrook Location in Houston, Tx. There was no host upfront. I waited patiently for about 10 mins before asking a waiter. The waiter said there was no host and he would go and get the manager to help me.
