iRise Trampoline & Fun Park — Attraction in Houston

Let me start off and say that this was our first time going to this trampoline park and we had a birthday party there. We chose it because it had more options for different ages of kids. The smaller ones ended up playing at the playground while the bigger ones enjoyed the soccer/obstacle course. If you want variety for different ages of kids then this is the place for you. I also liked that they allowed outside food for an additional fee of only $50, you can bring outside food and drinks for your party. The packages are fairly decent priced but you have to make sure that your numbers are accurate because each additional “jumper” is worth $20. That adds up quickly. Let me break down my review for you. Here are my pros and cons. I chose to deduct a star because of these major things - dirty restroom, rude service and time issues.

Pros: Different play areas for different ages of kids. Decent and fair prices for the packages Allowed outside food for additional fee of $50 Plenty of space in the party room but make sure you account for adults in your entourage. The rooms have decent space but it can get crowded quickly.

Cons: Dirty Restrooms- trash overflowing. Water faucet barely dripping any water (in one of the women’s restroom) and paper towel dispensers are empty so they just place them on top of the toilet. Very unsanitary. There are only 4 restrooms. 2 for women and 2 for men. They are only individual restrooms with single toilet bowl and wash area in each one. Don’t expect multiple stalls. So if it’s busy such as on a Saturday then expect to wait in a line. Rude service- our initial hostess was very rude and definitely not attentive to our needs. Her name is Asja I believe. I kept asking her if I could decorate the room already, she just kept telling me that people were still in the room and she was definitely giving an off vibe completely. She wasn’t smiling and it was truly off putting. Didn’t even bother giving us a cart so we can haul off our belongings towards the party room. I would definitely not recommend her and her service. She was later replaced by a wonderful hostess named Bella whom I’d recommend.Ask for her if you can. Time organization issues. They’re suppose to give you 15 min before your reserved party time to decorate the room. Our party time was 6 pm. We got there at 5:30 pm. They told us we couldn’t decorate yet since there’s still a party being held. That’s ok. 5:45 pm came. We asked our original hostess Asja again. She said they’re still in there. Didn’t do anything. She said 5:50 pm. Ok fine. 5:51 pm and there’s still people there. By this time Asja was giving a truly off putting vibe and I’m getting annoyed. 6 pm came and people still haven’t come out of that party room. We ended up being able to go in the room by 6:10 pm. By this time, more than half of my guests are already there so decorating and organizing was rushed. it was hectic and frustrating. We organized without the help of original hostess. Another hostess, Bella, came in and introduced herself and told us that she’ll be replacing but is still a part of another party. She was very attentive and asked us what we needed for the meantime. She kept coming back and asking if we needed something and to check on time frame for the cake/goodie bag time. So since our party time was pushed back, we still got our 1 hr and 45 min in the room. But that was because there wasn’t any other party happening after ours.. if there was another party, then we’re basically screwed out of our 1 hr and 45 min since we basically have to give the other entourage the room.. I think their host/hostess have to make sure that the party entourage knows how much longer they have in the room and basically make sure things are running smoothly and organized..

Overall, the place is a good place for you to have a children’s party at. Just account for the issues I’ve stated in here. I would like to applaud the service of Naya. She’s the one I spoke with over the phone and took care of some of our issue before and...

On 5/29/2021 i went to iRISE to book my sons 8th birthday event for it to be on 6/19/2 and there was two lovely ladies that helped me, Leslie the manager and Chanee. The two of them helped me tremendously when i went to book the party in person and had great customer service. I received a call the day before to confirm my date, time, pizzas , drinks and total of kids. Which i am all about organization and that showed to me they truly were on top of things. The day of the party came and me and my husband arrived to the location at 2:50pm, were able to arrive at 3pm to decorate for 30 min (party was for 3:30PM) and mentioned to them if we can start to unload things? (Keep in mind this is my very first time hosting my sons birthday at a place i didn't know what to expect, we usually do huge at home party's.) As soon as they saw me they greeted me and told me i am able to start unloading my things and they brought me out a cart to put my things on, my two hostess that i had (which were Chanee and Cameron) came out to help me and brings things in as-well. Both of them also helped me set up the party area, table covers, plates set up, and the food area. They brought out to me the wristbands for my guest for me to keep and have control of who is getting one. One thing i was so happy about was that i was able to bring in my own food for my guest! Yes, there was a food fee but other places now days don't even allow you to bring things in so it didn't even bother me. I told Chanee the time i wanted to have the food ready, food came at the time i requested so the kids and adults can eat at the same time. Cameron and Chanee had mask and gloves on and helped me serve the kids pizza and pass out the juice boxes. Cake time came later on and helped with passing out the ice creams. Both would come and follow up with me randomly to make sure we were all okay. They also did all the CLEANING UP! This place was a great hit for my sons birthday! I have two friends now asking me about iRISE and how to book of how much fun their kids had here! My other sons birthday is in August and were already talking as a family of booking it here AGAIN! Although this is my personal experience we want our opinion to be heard.First off when coming in to book a party for our Daughter a week before we we're helped by the manager Yvette, when trying to book us she mad a mistake of Double booking us,after telling us she had nothing else she referred the upstairs party room at a discount because of her mistake that was strike one.Fast Forward to the day of my childs party they had no socks for our Guests which was ridiculous an the TV in our party area did not work for the first hour we we're there I had to get it to connect a running smooth an about half way through we we're told by our party host who was absolutely lazy an terrible that our pizzas we're not ordered now us not knowing they bring in pizzas from a outside source which we did not know they have no kitchen on site.So we know have a party full of hungry kids,when we explained our concerns to the manager Yvette she seem to careless an just offered me a discount keep in my mind we only have the spot for a limited time an had not cut the cake or Sing Happy Birthday to my child this was strike Two.The pizza did not arrive until 20 mins until our time was up which was only enough time for the kids to eat once our time expired we we're then told to move along an make way for the next party which was Disrespectful to us an we had been enconvience for the food being super late.The manager Yvette never one time took a moment to come upstairs an Express her apologies for anything but continue d to act if everything was ok an it wasn't we had guess over an we wasn't allowed to even sing Happy Birthday or cut the cake all an all it was a terrible experience an we refused to pay the discount she gave wasn't a discount at all she did not care about us at all as costomers plenty of staff at this place that all seem to be young high school kids who knew nothing.
