Over priced drinks also very gross !! The staff is ignorant and rude !! I'm very disappointed in this place !! The drinks sucks very over priced !! Me and my husband waited so long to try it and was really looking forward to going, so we finally went on a Wednesday 7/13 about 7 pm when we walked in there was about 6-7 waitresses standing around the register that is in the back corner talking so we jus go and get our table there was only 1 left they was kinda busy, but not really their was plenty enough staff especially since the ones who was jus standing around talking . Well anyways we sat down and waited about 10 minutes for anyone to even come greet us or say hi can I get you something to drink or anything, but nope everyone was walking by us I wanted to leave, but my husband insisted that we jus stay and wait it out so I let a couple minutes go by I finally jus got up and got a waitress myself and ask her politely if she could help us she said jus one moment let get your waitress she then came back and said we didn't have one but she would take care of us ! Okay that's fine , but first of all how are we the only table in the place that don't have a waitress not only that but plenty of people seen us and jus continued to walk right past us like we didn't exist !! Very rude !! But we stayed anyways and jus let it go and decided to have a good night anyways . So after that we ordered our food the chicken wasn't done at all we didn't even eat a few prices we jus left them on the tray without complaining, after I ask our waitress can you please make sure they are well done extra crunchy thats how me and my husband like them, but that was a fail. Then we both got a really good 3 layered frozen drink we both liked them but I ask our waitress what was the one on the bottom she told me a hurricane so I ask her if I could get a tall one of jus the hurricane she brought me back my drink I start sipping on it and it taste really really sour it was making my stomach hurt I knew it wasn't no hurricane so me and my husband figured it out she brought me a margarita � it was way way to sour I couldn't drink it so I ask her for the hurricane that I originally ordered so she said that was fine she left came back and said they don't have the frozen ones but they can make it on the rocks okay that's fine I will take it like that , when I got it I swear to God it taste like water grenadine and tequila it was very gross I should have jus kept the sour one that I couldn't drink � so we got our bill and left . Today which is the next day Thursday I have 10 different transactions on my card of stuff we didn't even get � what the hell is this I go to get gas at the pump and my card declined, so I checked it out and my 2 original orders was 27$ and 65$ I look I not only those ones but also 2 10$, a 23$ and a 20$ how do you explain that and I never like leaving my card open behind a bar but all of this was very unnecessary jus a very bad experience we even like to give places second chances but we never felt so uncomfortable and treated this way in any type of restaurant, bar or club and we go to a lot of different places !! Morale of the story is when we first arrived I felt like it was a race thing that we didn't get acknowledged because I'm white my husband is black but I'm jus Going to say you have very ignorant waitresses who didn't want to wait on us and kept jus walking pass and also never leave your card behind the bar , but everyone knows that it can happen that they will overly swipe and it happened once to many times last night!! This was our first time here at WillowBrook location for Brunch. The experience was horrible. The staff was not knowledgeable in any of the menu items, components in food, or specials. The menu expressed what came with the dish, but when the dish arrived components were missing. There was such confusion on who had what as far as dish and drinks, but I looked behind the bar where three where several numbers that could have made the deliver process a lot smoother. I asked the server about the beer flights, and she informed me on she didn't know how it worked. She also said she wouldn't advise order of beer, because they are often flat. I also had to eat my dish with plastic utensils. In middle of our experience a man Cory, walked over with the intent to converse with one of our ladies, but used the title part owner. When we asked if he had a moment to discuss a few issues, he said no. Went on to say he wasn't on the clock. And then engaged in a small argument with another lady at our table. He boasted about her was a millionaire and his check doesn't change, which is sad because the lack of professionalism at this place will bring lack of business which will decrease money made for staff. Some "owner". He also said not to expect 5 star experience at a sports bar. I've been to several sports bars and have never been told because of the star level of establishment, what to amd not to expect. It saddemlns me that there are still owners out here like this who don't care about te business. Any business should be a well oiled machine. Pre shifts would be wise for staff before opening for the play for the shift. Incorporate item and menu changes for food and beverage. It would make it a smoothie experience. As a manager of several restaurants, from family entertainment to 5 star time dining, I have NEVER not cared about my staff or guest. A happy staff makes for happy guest. In my 17 years in this industry I have seen business rise and fall all because of owner operator. Staff will stay where the money is and where management is great. Okay, last night, I was there on March 20th, 2022. Don't get me wrong, I love this place, the people are sweet, friendly, nice, and seem very humble and gentle. The staff there are cool to be around and all. But last night, I was kicked out for something I did that I had no business doing. That I didn't know I was supposed to be doing! I was recording myself and recording other people and around the place, just recording in a way of enjoyment and excitement. But one of the waitress came to me and explained to me that I can't be recording, and there have been a few people who have filed complaints specifically on me stating that I have been recording. And I tried telling them that I didn't know that I wasn't allowed to record, and also, they weren't trying to hear my point across. The manager came up to me and thought it's best that if I left, he went to the door host. he took me outside, and I explained to him that it is only my second time here and my second time out places like this because I'm not a Night person and I didn't know that I was allowed to be in there recording. I've apologized and asked for forgiveness. He understood me and said I could come back another day. But in other words, I had a good time again; it was fun and I'll come back.
