An interesting place to visit and experience Chinese culture. In the previous reviews some say "rip-off", I disagree. Well, but once again, if you do not understand Chinese or do not have a Chinese friend, then, yes, it could look as a rip-off. The idea of the whole process is: drink tea and watch the show. We paid 168 RMB for a ticket. That was the lowest price. The table a was at the very back. In total 6 people sit at the table. If you want to sit closer to the stage then the price increases y 100 RMB. I do not think that there is a need for it. Unless you understand Chinese (which, to be honest there is no need to. The majority of the performances did not require Chinese; only the stand up at the end. But it was just 10 mins). Make sure that you have had dinner. Food is not served. Maybe only at the tables for 580 RMB. Do not eat in the Lao She restaurant on the ground...

Only 40 % of the whole show was translated to English, the rest was complete ununderstandable. The worst part was that the workers completely denied to call a taxi for us, and said we needed to stand in the middle of the highway trying to catch one!!! After trying to catch one in 20 minutes, we went back and begged them, but they kept denying. And this was 22 at night! We ended up taking a pirat-taxi because there was really no normal taxies nearby. Would never recommend this...

What a disappointment the "Four Seasons Beijing. Tea Show" was! US$70 for a pot of tea and 1 1/2 hours of nonsense. The only highlight was the last 5 minutes when the mask-changing performance happened.

Definitely not recommended for non-Chinese-speaking people (Chinese may find it...

In this teahouse, you can do the same thing what the old Chinese people do, drinking tea and watching shows. A bit expensive speaking on the price rate in Beijing, but if you think you are here for an experience just like watching Phantom in the Opera in the Broadway, the price is not a big deal.
