Trying to be objective - we went to breakfast almost every morning for 5 days as McCafe serves quite a decent Capuchino, which is not easy to find in China (at least as a tourist): The ceiling of the McCafe inside the McDonalds was partially broken and big pieces were lying on the floor and seating areas due to wetness from the upper plant. There was a homeless person sleeping on a bench, occupying four seats, who refused leaving after having been asked several times. An employee was sleeting on another chair. The McDonalds area was attended, however opening hours of the McCafe were boldly ignored; we had to wait 45 min until we were attended and another 20 until served the ordered food. Another day the eating area smells of excrement. This was no isolated incident but happened almost every day. We later decided not to return.
