Thinking back to that day, I had a bad impression of this restaurant. My family and I waited for an hour at 8:30 in the morning for three pineapple buns. My family has called them as soon as possible, and seeing that other people's food has been delivered, we have not delivered anything, although we are almost the first to arrive!
And also, when my mother looked at the bills, she saw that they had forgotten to write down my brother’s and my dishes. I’m literally furious about this.
Although the food was ok, we were all hungry for a long time.
After this experience, I think that was not acceptable, but I have some suggestions for this restaurant, when my mother was talking to the manager, as I remember he replied that there were only two chefs working, so I think they might need to employ more chefs in case and also, they can prepare the dishes before they open the restaurant, so that people might not have to wait for a long time.
Sorry about that, but I’m never coming to this restaurant again due to...
Read moreWe went in because we were attracted by the beautiful decor. My Request to charge my phone was rejected - that immediately left a bad taste at the start. Further, when my drink came, I told the server that the drink was wrong - I had ordered coffee, what came was tea and very diluted and tasteless tea. She replied it was indeed coffee “Hong Kong style”. I said no, I know what HK coffee tastes like and this was not it. She took it back and returned with a drink that’s darker brown, did taste like a little like coffee, but still bland. My son’s “coffee with milk tea” mix was equally tasteless. But the food was at least not too bad. The luncheon meat sandwich and pork bun were tasty and so was the cheese pork chop fried rice. Overall experience not great so am rating this place a 2 star. If we are ever in Macau again, we won’t visit this...
Read moreLocated on the ground floor of the mall/hotel. The layout and design of the cafe were good. Good for taking photos. Loved the various different seating area available. Quite unique and nice. The staff was prompt and attentive to take order and attended to our requests fast. The food was really surprisingly good: the onions rings were delicious- one of the best onions I had tried before. The pork chop was above average too; not bad.
The downsides of the cafe: ordered hot tea, was instead served cold tea the prices were on the high side, quite expensive. the portion of the food was quite miserable. The above accounted for the missing star.
Would be great to go back to try the onions rings. However, do hope the prices could come down a bit or the portion of food...
