Finding the location is easy, and the tables are not totally filled, so you can get a table quickly. The service is good, and you are able to select your tea before ordering food. The food selection is extensive, and you get your food quickly. On top of that, the food is definitely nice and tasty. I really recommend coming here for dim sum.
