It definitely shows some signs of wear and the windows in the rooms are frighteningly thin especially for greater heights. So thin, in fact, it feels like they could be shattered with a coke bottle. The suites were a great big size, the beds comfortable, the food was really good. From breakfast to the main dining hall- there is tons of variety and the food is seemingly fresh. This place has its own night clubs, restaurants, stores, karaoke bar, etc etc. The location was very convenient. Honestly I could have not left the premises and been happy. The staff was terrific. Great place.

I stayed for one month in this hotel . I was upgraded to a mini suite. Really great views and the dim sum restaurant was really good . Breakfast was ok nothing special . The staff was very friendly and helpful and make my stay at ease especially Danny . Price for a month was very reasonable even on Canton Fair . Definitely if you are looking for long stay this hotel is very good . I really enjoy the upgrade that is why i am giving 5 stars ! Thank you again for your hospitality

Although the renovation and design have 'aged', but overall is clean , neat and tidy. We are staying on #38

I went down to the reception with 2 purposes. ||1. To store & frozen my breastmilk - apparently the reception referred me to the luggage storage counter and the bell boy stated I go directly to the restaurant. They are not very friendly to help.||However, the restaurant staff at 2Floor have superb service. They even want to offer me a drink while they retrieve my stored milk from freezer. ||2. Drilling & knock noise- I speak nicely the reception & he mentioned that he will send a staff to my room to check also explain to me that certain floors of the hotel is rented out. I did my CSI and found out 22nd floor carried out renovation works. I leave the room at 10.30am but no sights of the staff who suppose come up to my room.||||The same night i complain to a few ladies at the reception twice and they denied my allegations and argued with disbelief until i show them the video.||They called the manager and I request for a call. ||I went back to my room x2 with no calls to me. ||||There are too many lapses in the communication between the reception, hotel staff, managers. There are no protocol or guidelines given to the tenants when they sublet out the whole floor to other companies. ||The nonchalant & disbelief attitude by the reception staff is horrible. ||||cleanliness also not the top notch with algae growing at the washing basin. ||||The table lamp also in faulty condition. ||||They seriously need some mystery shopper to deem their service rating. Honestly, this is not fit to be a...

Donc ça va être long.
