This one of the restaurants with the best service. Every employee will greet new guest when they are walking by. There is a ton of staff so for sure you will be helped swift and quickly. The food is hotpot, of you have never eaten hotpot i recommend it. Don't think I have ever met someone who doesn't like it. It's like fondue chinese style. Go for the 2 soup hotpot( one with a vegetable broth and the other spicy) and the meat and vegetable you order next to it doesn't matter everything is nice. Of course there is a station to make your own dipping sauce, which I personally love, after a few hotpots you get the hang of it. Being a first timer it might be scary to do it, just go for some basic stuff not to daring like fish sauces or anything. Oil with some, cilantro, and some spicy or one of the darker sauces.
