Had lunch there on my parent's birthday. I had very high expectation of it after seeing all the photos of the views into the large aquarium.. We recommend booking your table as it could be quite busy, especially for table closer to the tank or room.

My experience with the restaurant was not good, very very disappointed. I didn't mind that they didn't know which soup for which customer. But I could not accept that the waiter carried 4 pieces of rib eyes and not knowing which one was the rare, medium & well done. I also ordered a glass of red and it never came. When I cut open my supposingly rare steak, it turned out to be more than medium. Then again.. Where is my red? They forgot or it was never put through order. I was never so disappointed that I had to talk to their manager to cancel my set lunch. And we also had a pasta dish got delayed. We understood that they were flat out that day. I didn't mind waiting, but getting those steaks cooked and delievered to the right customer was very important to me and I was utterly disappointed. The food generally were not impressive if you considered the price they were charging. At the end of the day, the manager offered a refund on the pasta dish and extra chesscake for dessert. He was also very apologetic throughout. I appreciated his effort to remedy the situation but I will not consider going back ever again.
