Came with a friend who’s a member. The name of the restaurant means among the top 3, and the food quality delivered! The steam dumplings, eg Siew Long Bao, Vegetable dumplings were all great. Best Shanghainese restaurant. I went with my family. The food was delicately prepared. Recommend the Radish Pickle, Steamed Fish, Soup, Fried Caramelized Fish, Mapo Tofu, puff pastry deserts.
