*Panettone I was lucky enough to get the last panettone of the day. It was studded with orange zest, rum raisins and bits of chocolate sauce. The buttery croissant-like interior was puffy and bursting with rum fragrance. I reheated the panettone at home, so the outer pastry became incredibly flakey. A truly enjoyable treat to celebrate Christmas.
*Almond Croissant I was confused when I saw the shape, then the girl explained it was actually a whole croissant divided into half, joined together with frangipane and topped with toasted almonds. Batard is chewy and the dough taste really good.
