While the food was reasonably tasty if a bit standard the quality of service was questionable. Had explained a GF dietary requirement and asked for a simple swap of a pancake for a hash brown which was refused. Bear in mind the hash brown was a small round frozen one that can be bought at any supermarket. I then asked would an egg be suitable and the wait staff proceeded to tell me to cost difference between a pancake and an egg when saying they couldn't make a swap. Just felt not only tight-fisted but a bit crass. Most restaurants will go out of their way to make a reasonable adjustment for dietary needs but seemingly not here. Wouldn't give them any further custom and would advise any diners with food...

We found a table near the front entrance (indoors) as it was a hot Saturday noon. It took 2 to 3 min before we're greeted by a waitress. We weren't hungry so we ordered a risotto and hash browns as side dish. Everything was fine until we realised it had been more than 20 min and the hash browns were gone already. I got up and approached the cashier counter and the waitress who took our order told me that the risotto was overcooked and, I had the options of cancelling the order, or waiting for another dish with service charge waived on this one. Ordered 2burgers, burgers arrived 1hour and a half later. Waitress misunderstood the order because client next to us said it was for them. turn out they didn’t order any burger.
