行街行到攰,是但揀咗間餐廳,見到餐廳有位就入去試下。
奇味雞煲 (半隻) $168 我個人唔係太好雞煲,一嚟食完啲衫、袋好大陣味;二嚟試過幾次啲雞都斬到好碎,覺得無咩肉食,成煲碎骨;三,我唔係食得辣,所以無人會想同我食😂 無論叫烤魚 或者 雞煲,都可以自由加配菜,我哋加咗蓮藕片 ($33)、寛粉 ($33)、鴨血 ($48)。 雞煲一上,職員會放底個計時器,差唔多夠鐘,職員會自動嚟幫手打開煲蓋。
雞煲有紅蔥頭、白蘿蔔、蔥、芫茜、唐芹。 雞肉好滑,味道唔錯,都幾入味,調味唔會太咸。份量偏少,半隻雞兩個人都唔係好夠食。 食完雞煲就加湯煮配菜。 蓮藕片切得比較厚,所以要煮好耐。 因為朋友要就我食唔辣,所以鴨血都係唔辣。我自己唔食鴨血,所以唔知個分別,但係朋友就話唔辣嘅鴨血好難食😂 最後,拎咗辣椒油加落去😂 咁岩今次3樣配菜都係需要時間去煮,個爐又唔夠力,等湯滾,再煮配菜,都等咗一段時間。
君子好逑四季春 ($38) 飲品甜度適中,百香果同檸檬味好香,好岩配啲咁濃味嘅食物,可以解膩。 餐廳放咗好多檸檬,成疊咁😂寒天有好多,不過口感係煙煙韌韌,同我印象中嘅寒天唔太一樣😅,但味道係可以嘅。
食物味道一般,味道唔算出眾,餐廳係走茶餐廳路線,唔係主打雞煲,味道一定唔及外面雞煲店惹味,抽風亦相對比較差,所以食完都係成身雞煲味。 服務算唔錯,職員幾殷勤,不時會行過嚟睇下洗唔洗加湯、斟水。 不過唔係好抵食,只係叫咗3個配菜,加埋加埋,已經接近$300,出去食任食仲抵啲。 後來上網睇到其他人嘅食評,都係投拆餐廳嘅衞生問題🤮,直接放入無下次系列。
