Always crowded with shoppers taking a rest. Is ok, but there store manager is good with customer concerns, but I ran into an impolite staff who was sneering comments on inquiries being made by customers. That wasn't professional and would have a negative affect for the brand, the female store manager was able to swoop in to save the day. Kudos to her, and hope the unprofessional staff can grow up.

It was always quite empty during the day, even lunch hours, (and I hope they survived) this branch of Pacific Coffee was deserted from students and insurance agents. I wouldn’t expect fancy lunch or craft burger here, but at least a cup of decent coffee here would taste more professional than most restaurants in Tsuen Wan.

Though the coffee shop is a bit small, it offers some comfortable seating.

The corner with the wooden wall and floor lamps is particularly cozy.

Time slips away as you indulge yourself in the coffee and cakes you ordered while tapping on your phone for news or feeds.

Well, slow living is what we need every...
