Cafe de Itamomo (Tsuen Kam Centre) — Restaurant in Tsuen Wan District

Ordered two dinner sets.

Prawn Mushroom Linguine w/ Lobster sauce Lobster sauce tasted like diluted soup from the can, soaking the entire plate of pasta. Texture of pasta was alright as in al dente. Mushrooms did not taste fresh. Lacks basic elements that make a pasta dish good, e.g. sprinkled garlic flakes instead of garlic seasoned. Beans were hard. I'd suggest to avoid at all costs. Drink: Hot lemon tea - the fact they don't actually add lemon slices but probably squeezed lemon juice baffles me.

Japanese style beef don Not an expert with Japanese rice, but the rice seemed overcooked and was breaking apart. The Onsen egg was alright. Beef not seasoned and dry. Drink: no comment

Food was alright, menu was overly complicated and overwhelming. Not very clear on what option is for what. They charged me $4 for garlic bread and they gave me white bread instead, then when I asked for butter they wanted $2 for butter!? Thanks but no thanks, will no longer be visiting this...
