Stayed for 7 nights and booked the superior room (not the cheapest room option). I was going to say the check-in process was okay but unfortunately it was not really okay, the reason because the hotel asked for 500 HKD deposit althought the hotel has been fully paid via Agoda few weeks before our arrival. I did not argue at that time because I was too tired after the long flight. Then the silly thing happened while staying in this hotel, they limit the Wi-Fi for 4 users/devices only! It’s ridicullus, I never stayed in any hotel my entire life where they limit the wifi user/device! When I just arrived I cannot login, it seems the previous guest had not logged out or the system had not kicked them out, so it takes time for the reception lady to figure it out, initially she just said just try again later, then after I came back from my meal, still cannot login. I almost checked-out at that time because what’s the point if stay in a 3 or 4 star hotel but there’s no wifi. Not only that, the AC was down on the 3rd and 4th day, the front desk said because of the typhoon but I am not quite sure whether it’s true or not, in fact there’s no typhoon just a warning there will be a possibility of typhoon. The superior room was...

Location - The hotel is in Mong Kok, multiples restaurants around and very close to MTR Station exit E1, very very convenient to go anywhere.
Hotel - Very clean and modern, lobby on 1st floor for a total of 23rd floor with 2 elevators.
Room - My room was big because I had a corridor, the toilet is a good size for a Hong Kong hotel. My room was cleaned everyday and refreshed with water. Even changed new bedding when asked at the middle of my stay. However the AC was blowing straight to the bed, too cold. I had to put a towel in the AC vent so the wind don’t blow straight at me which was perfect. I recommend the management to find a solution, maybe put a plastic at the vent.
Team - Very friendly team ! During my stay we had a big rainstorm, so elevators was down. I had 2x23kg luggage, the team have helped me to carry it from 14th floor ! Thank you !
Price - I paid 2900HKD for 4 nights early September. Totally worth the value for HK.
I recommend this hotel ! Thank you again for...
Read moreThese days, the hotel is a good deal for the price. The beds are comfortable, wifi seems fast and reliable, the rooms feel secure. Location is excellent- turn left when exiting the door to find lots of great and affordable food right nearby. There is a cafe within 100m with Macau style food that is really good (I like the chicken fillet and egg rice). 7-11s, bakeries, coffee, 叉烧, groceries… MTR is not too far either.
My only negatives are the soundproofing is very poor if you have noisy neighbours, and the position of the lockbox on the desk makes it awkward to sit and work there. (It’s bolted in). The plumbing in my room whined quite a lot after flushing the toilet. Only 2 lifts that are fairly slow, but the hotel didn’t seem crowded and I didn’t wait long for them. The AC smelled a little musty when first entering, but got better after turning the fan speed down. Not unusual problems for HK hotels. You won’t find much better at this price range. Highly...
