Dinner was supposed to start at 7:00pm of which my wife and I arrived on time. Two other guests were also on time. However, there were a couple who were 25 minutes late. To me, if you expect your guests to come on time and there were other guests who are late, those who were on time will expect the chef to start the meal at the time you request your guests to arrive. Instead, Chef Zinc starts his preparation at 7:40pm. Is this fair to those who arrived on time ?

The food itself was fine but nothing surprised me . The waiting time for each dish was just far too long.
I am afraid you need do better than this. I am not satisfied with Sushi Zinc at all.
Chef Zinc, much improvement is needed especially your time...
