WING’S COFFEE & BAR — Restaurant in Hong Kong

I went to Wing’s Coffee & Bar a couple times. Today, I tried their Strawberry Rose Crepe. It was fantastic and delicious. However, the owner told me it’s their weekend special only and I was just lucky enough to taste their deliberately made dessert. I would also recommend the Lemon Crème Brûlée, full fragrance of lemon mixed with smooth cream stuffed in a lemon. The balance of sweet and sour taste was an enjoyment for my taste buds.

Plus friendly staff and nice atmosphere, with bikes decoration and ambient music, I would recommend this unique place and a rare find...

Outstanding coffee pulled by a fantastic professional barista on the legendary La Marzocco Leva X machine. For those who have never had a shot of espresso from a spring lever machine, you have to visit this cafe. The coffee pulled from this machine will change everything you've ever known and liked about coffee. Incredibly, as if the mere presence of the Leva X wasn't amazing enough, there's also an extensive range of cool bicycles, classic vinyl records and 2 gigantic vintage looking wooden speakers for those who have less interest in the coffee.
