Aglio olio was good. Seafood pizza was not bad either. The price range is a bit expensive. An unannounced service fee was charged. The food was okay, but the service fee was excessive for the price. The space is not large, but it feels cozy. The areas with lighting were bright and nice, but there were some areas where there were no lights, so it was dark and uncomfortable. Half of the people at the same table had to eat in bright lighting and half in dark lighting. Charging a service fee may increase the store's profits in the short term, but in the long run, it will be the reason why people do not visit again. Cozy and nice place, the Roma pizza base was very crispy, much better than many others offering in Hk. I always compare the price and value of the pizza offering in Hk with those of American and Italian, most of here pizza are very cheapy in the recipe but charge you matching with US local. Visited Mui Wo on the third LNY Day of the Year of Rabbit and picked La Pizzeria as an alternative to escape from the crowded local Chinese restaurants. Accidentally found that this was a nice and cozy restaurant serving people with nice food which were valued for money. We tried several dishes, including Venice pizza, two pasta, two salads and calamaretti fritti as well as a bottle of beer which cost HKD 50.
