Tung Chung Pizza — Restaurant in Islands District

I ordered a pizza from Tung Chung Pizza, and while the food itself was decent, my experience with the delivery driver left much to be desired.

When the driver arrived, he seemed rushed and disinterested. Instead of the usual friendly greeting, I was met with a curt "Here’s your pizza," as he handed over the order without making eye contact. It felt as though my order was more of an inconvenience than a service.

I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but basic courtesy is expected in customer service. A simple smile or a "thank you" can go a long way in making the experience more pleasant. Unfortunately, this encounter overshadowed the meal itself, I will not...

The lady was very rude and doesn't listen carefully to orders. She assume the order and end up delivering wrongly. When called up to explain the situation, she misunderstood everything and became very emotional. Her husband is very understanding and run the business carefully. Their food is good but we need to be very specific at least twice to confirm until she understand the correct order or size for the pizza. Other than that, this take away place is a nice joint. For her attitude, it's a 3 star. Otherwise it's a full 5 star place...

Loved the convenience of this pizza place with a range of pizza and pasta choice. They also made life difficult as they also offered ribs and tandoori chicken. I resisted the temptation to order everything as it was just two if us. Was not disappointed to get the Butcher's Pizza and seafood pasta. Great friendly service too.
