KFC (Yat Tung Shopping Centre) — Restaurant in Islands District

The worst kfc experience. I ordered in for home delivery. My order was 4 pcs special edition Crispy Hot and Spicy chicken, Combo for 1 (Zinger Burger, 1 px original chicken drumstick, corn cup and soft drink) and lastly the sweet potato balls. To start with the burger, the bread was hard and stale, bits of it were copped off from the edges, the lettuce was dead and lifeless, and except the chicken inside I threw off all the rest. The original recipe chicken drumstick was just as it is. Hot and fresh. The new special edition Crispy Hot and Spicy was disgusting. Not because of the taste but because they offered me all 4 pieces that may have been a leftover from the previous day. The crispy coating had turned black due to being placed in the warmer and the chicken meat inside had turned tough and hard which is unusual for chicken. I’m pretty sure this KFC which is located in a government housing estate for low income poor families tries to dish out stale food to its customers depending on the clientele. But cheating your customers isn’t the best thing to do. Regardless of where u operate and what kind of customers u cater to. May be it’s different for dine-in customers but if u r planning to do home delivery anywhere in a Tung Chung , think again, because this kfc will come you with stale leftover food which is inedible for human standards. For home delivery u can’t even return it which u could if u dine in and notice the food served was stale. Never again. I know why KFC is not as popular as Mc D in hk because Mac D will never cheat it’s customers! I got the double stacker burger today and when I came back home the lettuce was old , the burger get bun was old and the chicken was soggy I don’t recommend eating here it’s horrible bad service the workers are so rude they don’t admit to their mistakes . Don’t waste your money here I spent 53 dollars on horrible food NEVER...

Staff members are consistently rude, no matter how polite you are.
