Ordinarily this dish bitter melon with beef over rice is standard fare in any HK Cha Chaan Teng or cafe. And at $58+ another $7 (delivery+service fee) it's downright on the high side for this portion size. But cooping up in a quarantine hotel and facing repeating menu, I was dying for something different.
