泰力食堂 — Restaurant in Kowloon

Ordinarily this dish bitter melon with beef over rice is standard fare in any HK Cha Chaan Teng or cafe. And at $58+ another $7 (delivery+service fee) it's downright on the high side for this portion size. But cooping up in a quarantine hotel and facing repeating menu, I was dying for something different. Though the taste of this dish was average and unremarkable in normal circumstances, it was magical for me. 泰力食事處，鰻丼。

朋友同我問了食店員工，條鰻魚有幾大條，店員話原條上，所以大家都叫了呢個鰻丼，我另外加了茶碗蒸 ＋$6及溫泉蛋+＄6。平時鰻魚丼，多數＄88，仲要唔一定原條上，但呢度既鰻魚丼只係＄68，仲要原條上。 烤鰻魚配上白飯丶薄醬油及碎紫菜，口感香醇。以工廠區嚟講，已經算唔錯，加了溫泉蛋，口感滑嫩。 而呢度既茶碗蒸，主要由蛋液、雞肉、香菇等材料構成，口感綿密滑嫩，味道鮮美。 鰻丼的口感香醇，茶碗蒸的綿密口感，相信一定能夠滿足自己的味蕾。而價格方面，附加既茶碗蒸和溫泉蛋的價格也非常實惠，是非常物超所值的選擇。 新開既食店，到2:15pm...
