Hard to find some traditional chiu chow noodle restaurant and randomly decided to give this one a try. Staff were friendly and there were a few regular customers there when I visited. Decor is as expected for a local noodle shop in Hong Kong.
The fish ball and fish cake were the stand outs. Bouncy texture and still had the expected flavours of the fish. The soup was clear and matched well with the home made chilli sauce. The fish skin was also thin and crispy.

Read moreIt was my first time visiting Sun Po Kong, this noodle stall was remarkably clean among shops of its kind. The rice noodles was very well cooked, though it might sounded unimaginable to eat squid tentacles and deep fried fish skin, these were in fact the dishes one should not miss.

Even the condiments and brand of vinegar remain the same as many years ago. The chilli oil was very tasty, even a little bit would give you enough enjoyment. Haven't been here for long long time but I'm so glad i came again and see it doing as good as before! I bought some raw fish balls and cuttlefish balls to go home...
