It is specialised in making pistachio chocolate and desserts, and made a full set of pistachio meal. In this 3-course menu, unfortunately the pistachio isn’t quite outstanding or prominent in terms of taste or texture. Starting off with a salad with pistachio vinaigrette, just fair. For the pasta, the sauce is very creamy with hints of nutty flavour from pistachios, but it doesn’t have much add-on effects in the pasta. For the lamb, there is a thick layer of pistachio cream and whole pistachios on top. The flavours go well but there isn’t much adds-on as well. The drinks are phenomenal. The pistachio oolong milktea with milk cap is creamy and nutty, while the chocolate chip one is more sweet. No more pasta or in room service The pistachio lava is smooth But the taste of pistachio does not stand out much, the chocolate favor is stronger And I personally think is overpriced Hkd178/9pcs. A small restaurant with few tables, can accommodate 24 people. Lunch is not open every day. Better check first before going to the restaurant.
