Kong Lung Seafood Restaurant — Restaurant in Kowloon

Made the trip here full of expectations. Tanks brimming with fresh live seafood of all kinds. I took my time and had a good look around being lunch time it was quiet. A nice lady in rubber boots holding a net suggested a lobster and some prawns. How much I ask, "will be 200" came the reply (that's hkd). I said okay and picked out a lobster. Went to a restaurant for them to cook it. What then appeared was some larger prawns then were in the tank. I tried one given the enthusiastic waitress I had great expectations. Sadly for me both my prawns and my lobster were returned to the tank and I was served seafood that had recently been at least part defrosted. There is no hiding that rubbery texture from frozen seafood. Also the "Will be 200" came in at over 750. So go have a look, But know that this is just another shabby tourist spot were they will take as much money from you as soon and as quickly...

Made fresh to order, the seafood here is absolutely delicious. I've not ever had seafood this fresh or this delicious before.

Great offering of fish, abalone, soft shell crab, giant lobsters, giant alaskan king crab, and mantis shrimp, the seafood here is to die for!!!

This is one of the seafood restaurants in Leeyumun, somewhere near the park. Seafood is yummy & the price is reasonable compared with those right inside the narrow walking pavement.
