Traditional HK style cuisine，the environment and seating is not good, but delicious taste. 3.5 mark if there is. I ordered 4 dishes, 1, braised oyster with ginger and green onion. 2, steamed razor clam with garlic and vermicelli, 3, fried chicken ball with lemon sauce, 4 assorted vegetables with wonton and dried seafoods in pot. Generally the seafoods are very good, just done, juicy, tender and pleasant smell. The chicken ball is crispy, but the texture is not soft, a bit dry. This place is so good it owns around 4 different building units on the street. The potato beef is so shiny and beautiful, definitely a top 3 beef potato in Hong Kong and probably the best potato component of the beef potato in Hong Kong maybe ever. Oyster omelette is also much better than others I have had! I enjoyed despite not being the biggest oyster enjoyer. Anwyay pull up here !! Visit twice, most food are actually delicious but the booking service is a big turn off!
