McDonald's — Restaurant in Kowloon

McDonald food are all the same. But this shop is opening 24 hours. Customers here are very rude sometimes. I met someone who brought her dog inside and the dog was sitting on the chair. There was also once, begger was sitting in one table, smell very bad. Last night, there was a man putting his feet on the table....and some staffs(not all of them, e.g. the manager was good) here are so rude, shouting, arguing get mad on other staffs.....bad...

I experienced water cola for the first time. I complained that the cola didn't have any carbonation, but the employees just talked among themselves and didn't care about the customers. I received water cola again, but I threw it in the trash because of the bus schedule, and ended up buying cola at the convenience store. At least, it seems that McDonald's doesn't have a manual to check when complaints come in. Thanks to that, I never went to...

This is the worse McDonald's i ever go to, if you are lucky your order take away will be the same as you order , or else is different . And their service i just only can say not in standard enough, and they always only open one or two line for people to line up . Basically this McDonald's full of elderly and mainland people .... Word to describe this McDonald's is...
