Understaffed, bad customer service, rude staff especially a lady named Melody. We waited at the door for a while and pressed the bell and still no one attended to us. We saw a staff walk by in the restaurant, looked at us from afar and continued doing what they were doing and completely ignored our presence at the door. When said staff-Melody, finally came to the door she was not apologetic at all for the wait and proceeded to continue doing her thing in-front of us whilst we were holding out our phones for her to scan the vaccination pass. Later when she finally finished her job she did not apologise for the wait, and when finally scanning the vaccination code of our phones she peeked full on over and was ease dropping my phone to the point I had to ask her for some privacy. Even after I had asked, she did not back off…. Super weird staff and super bad customer service, no sense of customer presence and bad with guests in general. A simple ‘sorry for the wait’ or ‘my apologies’ is all that was needed. The management should really provide training, for a franchise brand, you can’t have random people like this that can’t deliver basic...
