When I'm in Kowloon City, I never need to worry about what to eat because this place is packed with decent restaurants. This time my old schoolmate took me to Wall City Flavor, a restaurant that features a variety of Chinese cuisine ranging from Cantonese siu mei to seafood delicacies.
Lunch sets start from $55. Soup of the day was carrot corn pork bone soup which was sweet without MSG at all. Ordered the suckling pig set $128 which was a great deal. Suckling pig was crispy and not too fatty. Tender soy sauce chicken and savory barbecue pork. Crunchy jellyfish.
Shark Fin Rice Set $198 included appetizer, shark fin soup, main course of your choice and a bowl of rice. The steaming hot soup included not only shark fin but also fish maw. For the main course we picked black bean chicken which was was served in a clay pot. Flavorful chicken. Large portion.
